Abstract:
A judicial decision that is manifestly contrary to the law and which does not state the legal and factual criteria on the basis of which the court decided is manifestly erroneous and lacks reasonable arguments. Therefore, it is arbitrary and violates the right to the equal protection of rights determined by Article 22 of the Constitution.
