A technical correction which amends the contents of the municipal spatial plan and which was adopted in usual proceedings for adopting regulations in the municipal council and not in the proceedings which are determined by the Spatial Planning Act for drafting and adopting a municipal spatial plan is inconsistent with Article 18 of the Spatial Planning Act and the third paragraph of Article 153 of the Constitution.
